SaveClipz respects the rights of creators and copyright owners. This page explains how you can ask us to act if you believe your work is being misused through our website, in line with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
We Do Not Host Any Media
SaveClipz does not upload, store or host videos, images or GIFs. When a user pastes a public Pinterest link, the file is fetched directly from Pinterest’s own servers and sent to that user. We do not keep copies on our server, and we do not have a library or search of other people’s content.
Because the content lives on Pinterest, the fastest way to remove a pin from the internet is to report it to Pinterest itself using its copyright policy. Once a pin is removed from Pinterest, it can no longer be downloaded with SaveClipz.
How to Send a DMCA Notice
If you still want to contact us, please send a notice through our contact page and include:
- Your full name, company (if any) and contact email.
- A description of the copyrighted work you own.
- The exact Pinterest link(s) and/or SaveClipz page involved.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not allowed by you, your agent or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or are allowed to act for the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
What We Do After We Receive a Notice
- We review every complete notice, usually within 3 to 5 working days.
- If needed, we block the reported link(s) so they can no longer be processed by our tool.
- We may reply to ask for missing details.
Counter-Notice
If you believe a link was blocked by mistake, you can send a counter-notice through the same contact page. Please explain why you believe the content is not infringing and include your contact details and signature.
Fair Use Reminder for Users
SaveClipz is meant for personal use only, such as saving your own pins or keeping ideas for offline viewing. Please do not re-upload, sell or claim other people’s work as your own. Read our Terms and Conditions and Disclaimer for more details.
